Nestled in Mudgee’s rural enclave, the newly established Sense of Solis offers a haven of holistic health through the fusion of infrared saunas and ice baths.

Having all grown up in Mudgee, co-founders Rachel, Scott, Min and Jack wanted to bring a health and wellness resource that are vastly accessible in metropolitan areas to our community. 

“With so many health focused groups, sporting facilities and people wanting to experience something different we thought a recovery space was something Mudgee needed” said Min.

Together they’ve created a space that allows local residents and visitors alike to foster habitual wellness practices, and feel relaxed and rejuvenated when they walk out of their doors.

Through promoting personal rejuvenation and a sense of community, they hope to help you unlock the secrets of holistic health and vitality during the winter season.

So what are the transformative benefits of infrared saunas and ice bath practices on body and mind?
