Now, as she looks toward the future, Chloe is ready to pass on the torch. Beyond the kitchen, DOUGHH’s community extends across Australia, from local Mudgee markets to stockists and customers in Tasmania and WA. “Getting out to the farmers’ markets and meeting everyone is one of my favourite things,” Tay shares. For her, the business is not just about baking cookies but about the connections, creativity, and joy it brings.
