When Brad and Rebekah Sibley purchased the business four years ago, they implemented systems and processes to support productivity and ensure a commitment to Australian-made excellence. Through a focus on innovation and efficiency, the company has grown into a cornerstone of the local construction industry.

Exclusively using Australian-made BlueScope Steel, each frame is built with durability and quality in mind. Known for its termite resistance, strength, and fire protection, this steel is crafted using the ENDUROFRAME® system, developed by BlueScope to set new standards in steel framing. This system’s cutting-edge technology has reshaped the industry, and with BlueScope’s ongoing support, the company provides a solid foundation for every project.

The team, now comprising 10 skilled local professionals, spans across all areas of manufacturing, detailing, and installation. With three office staff, four assemblers, and three onsite installers, this close-knit group has developed a strong reputation for excellence. Their work supports a range of residential and commercial projects throughout the region, delivering advanced efficiency to builders, owner-builders, and commercial construction companies.

In addition to manufacturing steel frames and trusses for houses, extensions, and renovations, Steel Frame Company also distributes Lysaght products, including roofing and other essential construction materials. One standout project has been the Glen Willow Centre of Excellence, a state-of-the-art training facility for athletes and sports teams, where the team installed framing for three large buildings.
